Hopefully you’re looking to close your account because you’ve hit the big time and are moving on! If not, I hope you can take a minute to drop us a note and let us know what we could do better.
Log in to the telephoneer web app and navigate to the Account page by clicking on your profile avatar in the top right corner of the page and selecting My Account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Danger Zone.
Click CLOSE ACCOUNT button
Confirm you want to close the account by clicking on CLOSE ACCOUNT.
IMPORTANT: closing your account releases all numbers associated with services on that account. If you’re looking to port your number out, you need to leave the account active until the port is completed.
If you have upgraded to a full account we will charge your credit card for any outstanding call charges and email you a final receipt.
