Schedule Your Hours

The schedule feature lets you choose working hours for each day of the week. You specify how calls are handled inside and outside working hours. During work hours you might forward calls to a hunt group of numbers or to the voice menu. Out of hours calls you might send calls to a different number, such as an answering service, or to voicemail, or simply play a recorded message.

    We’ll ask you for pertinent information including your name, the phone number you want to divert incoming calls to, and the email address to use for voicemail notifications.  You’ll need to verify that you control both the phone number and the email address by entering verification codes we’ll send you.

    Set your Schedule

    Set your working hours and your working days of the week to create a schedule to get you started.  The schedule will send incoming calls to your nominated phone number during business hours, and to voicemail after hours.  You don’t have to use a schedule if you don’t want to, and you can fine tune the schedule in the Dashboard once you’re signed up.
