Setting the time zone for your service

With daylight saving just around the corner here’s how to check which time zone your virtual landline (and it’s schedule) is using.

When you first add a service to your account, the service’s timezone is set to match your browser’s time zone which means if you use the schedule feature to direct your calls, the schedule uses your local timezone.

If you want to use a different time zone, sign in to the web app at https://app.telephoneer.com.au and  click the Services menu button in the top right corner

A panel will slide out from the right showing the services on your account.  Click the cog icon to show the edit dialog.

Click the Time Zone list, select your preferred time zone and click the SAVE button.

You’re done!  The schedule feature will now use the updated time zone when deciding what to do with incoming calls.
