Nuisance callers and telemarketers are a fact of modern life. Telephoneer lets you block time-wasting callers quickly and easily. You can choose to reject the call entirely (the caller will hear a busy signal) or send the call to a voice mailbox.
There a two ways to add a block. The quickest is from the Recent Calls panel in the telephoneer web app Dashboard. Click the more menu button in the top right corner of the panel to show the BLOCK THIS NUMBER menu then choose a voice mailbox or Reject calls from the list.
You can add a block manually from the Blocked Callers page. Just click the Add (+) button in the top right corner to display the New Blocked Caller dialogue.
Enter the number you want to block in full international format (e.g. +61212345678), add a name if you want and choose to send calls to voicemail or reject them.
Click the SAVE button and you’re done!
